Marketing Analytics Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to help us uncover insights, build reporting infrastructure, and develop data-driven performance stories across our portfolio of client engagements. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, SEO data, and creating clean, clear dashboards that drive real decisions — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze SEO, content, and web performance across client websites and campaigns.
  • Pull and synthesize data from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Insights and other SEO reporting platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and more.
  • Build automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs across client search visibility, traffic, conversions, and content performance.
  • Support consultants with ad hoc analysis and visual storytelling for client presentations.
  • Normalize and blend data from multiple sources to deliver holistic insights.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and find new ways to unlock value from client data.

Tools You Might Use Here

  • Analytics: Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • SEO Platforms: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SEO Clarity, BrightEdge or similar.
  • Data Visualization: Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Looker Studio.
  • Data Handling: Google Sheets, Excel, Python, basic SQL (a plus).
  • Project Management: ClickUp (we use it across all teams).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Custom GPTs and agentic AI workflows such as N8N or Replit

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, ideally with a concentration in SEO.
  • Comfort working directly in analytics platforms and pulling raw data at scale, including API and ETL configurations.
  • Ability to blend qualitative and quantitative insights into a compelling performance narrative.
  • Strong communicator who can translate metrics into client-friendly stories.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Located in the United States (sorry this position is not open to applicants outside of the US)

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with enterprise or multi-location SEO reporting.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Exposure to AI tools, predictive modeling, or content intelligence platforms.

Total Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our expert-led team and drive operational excellence across multiple client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to complexity, communicates clearly with both internal teams and clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Planning: Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules for SEO and content initiatives.
  • Team Coordination: Keep NMA teams and client partners aligned and accountable across deliverables and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Act as an operational point of contact – driving clarity, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout engagements.
  • Performance Tracking: Ensure milestones and delivery KPIs are tracked and met; escalate issues before they impact timelines.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and performance summaries to internal leads and client stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Help improve how we manage and deliver client work from project intake to execution to reporting.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–5 years in digital project management, ideally with a focus in SEO, content, or digital marketing.
  • Strong command of ClickUp or similar tools (we use ClickUp across all clients).
  • Prior experience in a consultancy, agency, or high-performance marketing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator especially in client-facing contexts.
  • Detail-oriented and systems-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to think both strategically and tactically to keep engagements running smoothly.
  • Located in the United States (sorry this position is not open to applicants outside of the US)

Bonus Points

  • Background in content marketing, technical SEO, or digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with the SEO tools we use (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4).
  • Experience supporting B2B, healthcare, financial services, or multi-location businesses.
